What can I expect from the event?
More than a dozen large-scale dinosaurs, props, scenes, and activities made from over 6 million LEGO® bricks will amaze you as you embark on an exciting journey through Jurassic World.
This exhibition of Brickman's works will transport you to Isla Nublar and the world of Jurassic World in a version made with the world's most famous building blocks. From iconic gateways to scientific laboratories, adorable baby dinosaurs to fearsome raptors and the infamous T-Rex, you will experience some of the films' most iconic scenes and moments in LEGO® form, sculpted by one of the world's greatest LEGO® artists.

Does the experience take place indoors or outdoors?
The entire experience takes place in an enclosed, air-conditioned space at Paris Montreuil Expo at 128 Rue de Paris, 93100 Montreuil, France.
How long does the experience last?
You are free to explore the exhibition at your own pace, but normally the tour takes about 60 minutes.
Will food and drinks be available for purchase on site?

Is there parking available?
There is parking available near Paris Expo Montreuil. Parking options are paid separately.

Will there be Virtual Reality?
This experience does not include virtual reality.
Will there be merchandise for sale at the event?
Yes! There will be various exclusive products available for purchase in the store, as well as iconic sets from the LEGO® Jurassic World franchise.
Tickets
Where can I buy tickets?
You can purchase tickets on the Fever app on Google Play and the Apple Store, or directly on the Fever website.
Can I buy tickets at the entrance?
There will be a ticket office on site. However, tickets may be sold out when you arrive at the event, so we recommend booking your tickets in advance to guarantee your place. You can purchase tickets on the Fever app or directly on the Fever website.
What is the Flexible Ticket and how does it work?
The Flexible Ticket allows you to change your reservation if you are unable to come on the date or at the time you originally chose. To take advantage of this option, simply contact our customer service department, who will cancel your ticket and provide you with an exchange coupon so you can reschedule your visit, subject to availability.
If the new time slot is more expensive, the difference in price will be payable at the time of rescheduling.
Is admission free for children?
We offer free admission for children under 3 years old.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It's as simple as clicking “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. Contact us if you need help. Don't forget to include the ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your digital tickets will be validated directly in the Fever app.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, in the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account you used when purchasing the tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date on my ticket? Do you offer refunds?
Date changes and refunds are not possible. A schedule change is only allowed if you purchased a flexible ticket. In this case, this experience allows date modifications up to 48 hours in advance. To request a change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. One of our agents will handle your request as soon as possible and inform you of the next steps.
Can I make a group reservation?
If you would like to make a reservation for a large group, please contact serviceclients@losproduction.com, indicating your preferred date and the size of the group.
About access to the event
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive at the time indicated on your ticket, but you may arrive up to 15 minutes late.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the event site, although we do accept service animals.
Is the event location accessible?
Yes, the event is taking place at an accessible location.
What items are prohibited during the experiment? Can I smoke or use an e-cigarette?
The following items are prohibited: coolers, glass bottles, skateboards, roller skates, scooters, bicycles, balls, firearms, helmets, and pets (except guide dogs and service animals).
Is the experience accessible to people with visual or hearing impairments?
The space is accessible. Sessions will be scheduled and announced in advance with audio description and sign language interpretation resources.
Will there be strobe lights?
This event will not include strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I remain seated during the experience/exhibition?
It's not a static experience, but if you need to rest for a while, you can find some seats to take a break.
Will there be restrooms available on site?
This location has restrooms—ask our staff on site for directions.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please be mindful not to disturb other guests. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a lost and found office?
We recommend that you ask the staff at the location if they have found your personal belongings.
Is there a minimum age requirement?
FREE - Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
